We do our best to ensure that your home is free from pests when you move in, but there are times when you may find pests in your home. Pests can infest even the cleanest homes, even if you are really careful.
It is very important that action is taken to ensure that your home is free of infestatiions. Dealing with pest infestation is usually the responsibility of the resident.
Willow Tree Housing Partnership is responsible for dealing with infestations in internal communal areas, or where access to the pests is through a defect in the fabric of the building.
