Heather Rigg - Operations Director
Heather has worked within the social housing sector and public sector for over 20 years; working on the contractor side to begin with before moving into a transformation and change management role within Policing and finally spending almost 8 years working in local authority housing.
Her background has been working in Property Services, Compliance and Asset Management with a desire to ensure homes are safe and secure, somewhere for tenants to be proud to call home.
Heather is focused on collaborative working with colleagues, stakeholders and most importantly tenants.
She is a strong people manager, passionate about team working and people development to drive forward the business objectives.
She is responsible for the operational delivery of Property Maintenance, Upgrade and Asset Management.
