Repairs

We aim to maintain properties to the best of our ability, and we rely on you to report a repair as soon as you are aware there is a problem, in order to keep your home to a high standard. We also ask that you give us access to your home to be able to complete the work.

As part of your tenancy agreement, Willow Tree Housing Partnership is responsible for keeping your home in good repair and carrying out all repairs which are our responsibility; arrangements for shared owners are different.
