To report an emergency repair or urgent health & safety risk when our offices are closed:-

If your property is less than a year old & you have an emergency or urgent repair, please refer to your Home User Guide for contact information for the developer.

If your property is over a year old:-

For ALL types of emergency gas heating and gas hot water repairs, telephone Gregor Heating on 07788 917044

To report all other emergency repairs, including electric heating and electric hot water repairs or Health and Safety issues:-

If you live in Cornwall, Plymouth, West Devon, South Hams, Torridge or Teinbridge call MSB Property services on 07415 770771, for all other areas, call MD Property Group on 01392 449991.
