Willow Tree Housing Partnership (WTHP) is a community focused organisation committed to delivering more; building new homes, offering a commitment to high standards of service to our tenants, and investing in our people to give their best. We have a strong value system based on principles of respect and effective co-operation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Business Support Administrator to join our busy team in our Rooksbridge office. On completion of a probationary period, you will have the option to work from home for 1 day per week, subject to business needs.
As a Business Support Administrator, you will be part of a small Business Support Team and have a wide range of administrative duties. This includes dealing with enquires from residents, taking repairs calls, as well as supporting the operations team with all aspects of housing management. You will also be involved in compliance monitoring, maintaining databases and other administrative tasks to support the organisation.
This is a varied role, so you will need to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; no day is the same. You will be a highly organised, proactive individual with an eye for detail. You will also be a proficient communicator with excellent telephone skills, with the ability to deal with a high volume of calls in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment. You should also be capable and confident with all areas of IT and data entry with a willingness to learn new software packages.
Previous experience of working in a social housing context would be advantageous, as would a recognised business administration qualification, but we are really looking for the right person who can deliver excellent service.
Closing date: 10am on 17 August 2026
Interviews: 26 & 27 August 2026 - details to be arranged
