Curry Rivel

Otter Construct Limited are currently working on the construction of six affordable homes for Willow Tree Housing Partnership on their latest scheme at Curry Rivel.  The construction has recently commenced on the four affordable rent homes and will shortly commence on the two shared ownerships, which will form part of a larger scheme of eighteen 2 bed, 3 bed and 4 bed homes. 

This is Willow Tree’s sixth collaboration with Otter Construct, following successful schemes in Stoke St Gregory, North Petherton, Creech St Michael and Ilton over the last few years, with the most recent at Shepton Beauchamp still under construction.  Proposed to be EPC A, the homes are designed to be affordable to run as well as affordable to rent or buy and will incorporate solar PV and batteries, EV chargers and Air Source Heat Pumps, along with wildlife elements to encourage biodiversity.  The six affordable homes are anticipated to be handed over in March 27.
