Willow Tree Housing Partnership is a community focused organisation committed to delivering more; building new homes, offering a commitment to high standards of service to our tenants, and investing in our people to give their best. We have a strong values system based on principles of respect and effective co-operation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Housing Officer to join our Housing Team and deliver a high-quality housing management service to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about making a positive difference to people's lives and communities. Based out of our Plymouth Office, you will have the option to work from both homes, and the office under our agile working policy, and subject to business needs.
The successful applicant will manage a defined patch of homes, taking responsibility for tenancy management, allocations, estate management and resident engagement. You will work proactively to resolve tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour and signpost residents to support services where appropriate, and collaborate with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with a strong commitment to customer service and a sound understanding of housing management within a social housing environment. You will be confident working with a diverse range of customers, often in challenging situations and be able to build effective relationships with colleagues, partner organisations and stakeholders. No two days are the same, so you will need to be organised, dynamic and adaptable with the ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
