Willow Tree Housing Partnership is a community focused organisation committed to delivering more; building new homes, offering a commitment to high standards of service to our tenants, and investing in our people to give their best. We have a strong value system based on principles of respect and effective co-operation.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Housing Team Leader to join our team to provide supervisory leadership across housing and neighbourhood management services within the organisation. The role includes overseeing allocations and lettings, mutual exchanges and tenancy changes, safeguarding, domestic abuse, anti-social behaviour (ASB), and neighbourhood inspections and estate services.

Working within Willow Tree Housing Partnership’s policies and procedures and meeting regulatory requirements, the post holder will support the housing team to deliver housing services, while providing operational support to the Housing Manager and the Head of Housing and Customer Experience.

This is a varied leadership role requiring flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, with a strong focus on supporting the Housing Team to deliver services that meet the Consumer Standards. You will be a confident and proactive leader, experienced in managing people, with the ability to organise and prioritise effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and assurance.

You will lead by example, communicating clearly and constructively, and building positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders to support safe, fair, and transparent services. You will also be comfortable using IT systems to support service delivery, performance monitoring, and compliance, with a willingness to adopt new digital tools as requirements evolve.

Based in either our Rooksbridge office, Somerset or Plymouth Office, in Devon, you will have the option to work from both home, and the office under our Agile working policy, and subject to business needs.
