Important: Rent Increase for Willow Tree Housing Partnership (WTHP) tenants – Effective 1 June 2026
Our rents will increase from 01 June 2026. If you are one of our tenants, you will already have received your rent increase letter with all the details regarding the increase which applies to you.

If you receive Universal Credit, please ensure you update your rent amount in your UC account on or after 1 June 2026 (not before).
If you pay by Standing Order, you will need to contact your bank to amend your payment.
WTHP’s preferred method of payment is Direct Debit, and we can set this up for you. If you already pay by Direct Debit, we will have requested the increase on your behalf.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty or are concerned about this increase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can offer support and signpost you to organisations that may be able to help.
There are many ways to pay your rent, but do contact us as soon as possible if you need to talk about your rent payments.
