• Support quality management, performance reviews, corrective actions and continuous improvement activity.
• Champion a positive safety culture, sharing knowledge and promoting best practice across the organisation.
About you
We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of safe homes, strong compliance and excellent service delivery. You’ll be confident working with legislation, standards, policies and performance data, and you’ll be able to translate technical requirements into practical action.
• Experience in health and safety, compliance, quality assurance or a related regulated environment.
• Knowledge of key landlord compliance areas such as fire safety, asbestos, gas, electrical safety, legionella and lifting equipment.
• The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, residents, auditors and regulators.
