Along with all social landlords in the UK, we conduct surveys into tenant satisfaction; we gather responses to a range of satisfaction measures set out by the Regulator of Social Housing. From autumn 2024, as we have over 1000 homes, we will be required to publish the results.
Willow Tree Housing Partnership (WTHP) commissions an independant company, Acuity, a market research company that specialises in the social housing sector, to carry out a range of tenant satisfaction surveys.
Every 3 months a Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey is run by Acuity asking tenants what they think about their home and the services provided by WTHP. The survey includes 12 questions that are reported each year to the Regulator of Social Housing.
Throughout the year, Acuity also telephones a sample of tenants who have either reported a repair, moved into one of our properties, reported anti-social behaviour or have made a complaint.
More information for our tenants regarding the surveys can be found under 'Get Involved'.
